Booster Gold(Michael Jon Carter)

Michael Jon Carter was a night watchman at the Metropolis Space Museum in the 25th century. With the help of Skeets, a security robot, Michael stole powerful devices from the museum, such as a Legion flight ring and a force shield belt. He then used Rip Hunter's time machine to travel back to the late 20th century, intent on becoming a wealthy superhero.
