Donnie Gill(Blizzard)

Donnie Gill is a criminal who received the original Blizzard's cold-generating suit and named himself the Blizzard. He fought on both sides of good and bad, and eventually, after experiencing Terrigen mists, became an Inhuman where his body acted as a human battery with the ability to disable electronic equipment.
