Harold Allnut(DC, from Batman)

What Harold Allnut lacked in looks and physical problems, he made up for with his genius intellect. After experiencing almost constant cruelty, he was taken in by Batman and given a place to stay in the Batcave. It was there that Harry designed and built many of Batman's highly advanced technological devices.
