Nightfall(DC, unnamed Cadre member)

Nightfall was an unnamed villain who was given enhanced bracelets by the Overmaster upon being recruited into the Cadre. Aside from flight, her bracelets give her the ability to absorb all light and kinetic energy around her, allowing her to fire back beams of darkness at her adversaries.
