Rorschach is a masked vigilante, without superpowers, dressed in a raincoat and face covered with a white mask with evolving spots. He collaborated in a duo with Nite Owl (Daniel Dreiberg) and then was part of the group Crimebusters, elastically. His identity remained secret because he refused to comply with the 1977 law.
