Samuel Paré(Squid-Boy, Marvel)

A mutant from Canada with a fish-like appearance consisting of scales, gills, and webbed hands and feet, Samuel Paré was bullied as a child. When he was rescued by Professor X, he decided to join Xavier's Institute rather than seek revenge on his schoolyard tormentors.
