Steeljacket(from Batman, unnamed)

Steeljacket is a bioengineer, as yet unnamed, who mixed his DNA with that of a bird and became a man-bird hybrid. He constructed a special suit of armor which he needed to support and protect himself when his bones became severely weakened. He committed crimes in Gotham City.
