Techno(P. Norbert Ebersol robot)

During a battle with the Elements of Doom, P. Norbert Ebersol (Techno) was seemingly killed. However, he had previously saved his engram files to his Tech-Pac, which were downloaded into a robot copy of himself. This robot believed itself to be the real Norbert.
