The Tin Woodman(from Oz stories, generic)

Nick Chopper's flesh body was replaced with one made of tin, however he was never given a heart. He falsely believed that this made him incapable of having true feelings. The Tin Woodman became the Emperor of the Winkie Country after the Wicked Witch of the West was destroyed.
