Tommy Monaghan(Hitman, New Earth)

Growing up in a Catholic orphanage, Tommy Monaghan spent time as a U.S. Marine, after which he became a hitman, where he worked for the Mafia as well as various government agencies. Despite his profession, he had a rule never to kill a good man. When bitten by a Bloodlines parasite, his metagene kicked in and he received moderate telepathic powers, as well as x-ray vision.
