Witchblade(entity)

In the Top Cow Universe there exist two opposing forces: The Darkness (darkness and chaos) and The Angelus (light and order). The Witchblade is their male offspring which serves as the balance to the two forces. The Witchblade entity tends to take the form of a gauntlet or bracelet on Earth, and generally requires a female host of its choosing. It has chosen numerous different women (and a few men) throughout time. It is semi-organic and can respond supernaturally to threats in its environment. It provides its host with weapons and can also heal her.
