Bert Salg

Bert Salg was primarily a juvenile book and magazine artist whose work appeared in comic books for the Judge Perkins feature in the first two issues of New Fun (DC, 1935 series). The feature was signed as Bert, and the signature has been identified as matching the signature Bert used for his book illustrations. Salg did illustrations for magazines including Boys' Life and for Leo Edward's books including the Poppy Ott series among others.
